Overview
Bridging Resources West Virginia is West Virginia’s No Wrong Door federal grant initiative through the Administration for Community Living (ACL), established as the single-entry point for individuals seeking long-term support services and a range of community supports. West Virginia’s Aging and Disability Resource Centers aim to assist consumers in navigating the complex system of services through individual, person-centered counseling.

The Challenge
As user numbers grew, so did confusion. Nova Wallet’s interface was cluttered, with inconsistent icons, complex user flows, and a dated look. Security cues were poorly communicated, and users had low trust during transactions.

The Solution
We conducted competitor analysis and user testing, then rebuilt the UI with clarity and minimalism in mind. Security indicators were prioritized, typography was modernized, and we implemented adaptive layouts for mobile. We also introduced a consistent component library.
